铁自噬(ferritinophagy)是细胞选择性自噬的一种类型,该过程由核受体辅激活因子4(nuclear receptor coativator 4,NCOA4)介导,使铁蛋白(主要是铁蛋白重链1)在自噬体中降解,导致铁蛋白结合的铁释放出来成为游离铁。铁自噬与新发现的细胞死亡形式——铁死亡有着一定的联系,在肿瘤发生中具有一定作用。本文介绍了铁自噬的概念及其相关基因,并对铁自噬相关基因在铁死亡和肿瘤发生中的作用进行了综述,以期为相关肿瘤的治疗提供一种新的思路。
Ferritinophagy is a type of cell-selective autophagy, which is mediated by nuclear receptor coactivator 4(NCOA4). Its result is the degradation of ferritin, mainly ferritin heavy chain 1(FTH1)in the autophagosome, and the release of free iron from ferritin-bound iron. Ferritinophagy is associated with ferroptosis, a newly-discovered form of cell death that is involved in tumorigenesis. This paper reviews the concept of ferritinophagy and its related genes as well as the role of ferritinophagy-related genes in ferroptosis and tumorigenesis, thereby providing a new idea for the treatment of related tumors.
