摘要

急性上消化道出血是急诊常见的急危重症之一,成年人每年发病率为100/10万~180/10万 [ 1 ] ,病死率为2%~15% [ 2 ] 。规范急诊诊治流程对改善预后意义重大。近5年急性上消化道出血临床诊疗出现许多进展 [ 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 ] ,因此中国医师协会急诊医师分会组织急诊科、消化科、介入科、外科等多学科专家,在2015版共识的基础上,对急性上消化道出血急诊诊治流程专家共识进行2020版(第三次)更新。

急性上消化道出血是急诊常见的急危重症之一,成年人每年发病率为100/10万~180/10万 [ 1 ],病死率为2%~15% [ 2 ]。规范急诊诊治流程对改善预后意义重大。近5年急性上消化道出血临床诊疗出现许多进展 [ 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 8 , 9 , 10 , 11 , 12 , 13 , 14 , 15 , 16 , 17 , 18 ],因此中国医师协会急诊医师分会组织急诊科、消化科、介入科、外科等多学科专家,在2015版共识的基础上,对急性上消化道出血急诊诊治流程专家共识进行2020版(第三次)更新。
