摘要

格林模式是近几年健康教育领域新的研究热点，已被广泛应用于多个教育领域，取得较好的效果。本文从格林模式的理论框架、优点及在健康教育领域的应用现状等几个方面进行详细论述，从而提升广大医务人员对该模式的认识度，为更科学地将此模式运用到临床工作中提供借鉴和参考。

ABSTRACT

PRECEDE-PROCEED model is a new research hotspot in the field of health education in recent years, which has been widely used in many education fields and has achieved good results. This article discussed in detail the theoretical framework, advantages and application status of PRECEDE-PROCEED model in the field of health education, so as to enhance the medical and nursing staff's understanding of this model, and provide a reference for applying this model to clinical work scientifically.

随着现代医学模式的发展、大健康理念的提出，健康教育已成为临床护理工作中不可或缺的重要部分，其是一种投入少、成效快、简单方便且有效的健康促进方法。有效的健康教育使患者能够较系统地掌握卫生保健知识，提升人们的健康意识，推行健康生活方式，从而减少疾病的发生，促进健康 [ 1 ]。因此，科学、便捷、有效的健康教育模式就显得格外重要。格林模式（PRECEDE-PROCEED模式）与传统的健康教育模式相比，提出在制订健康教育计划前要进行"诊断分析"，基于社会学、流行病学、预防医学、心理学、教育学等多学科相结合的模式，从多维度、多视角分析影响健康的各种因素，从而制订全面、系统、有效的干预方案，最后加以实施与评价 [ 2 , 3 , 4 ]。目前，其是一种比较成熟的护理干预模式，已被越来越多的学者认可和肯定，被广泛应用于各种领域的健康教育中 [ 5 ]。本文对格林模式的理论框架、优势及临床应用过程中的现状进行综述，以便广大护理教育者深入认识格林模式，为在健康教育领域应用格林模式进行护理实践提供参考。
