摘要

糖尿病神经病变是糖尿病最常见的慢性并发症,随着糖尿病神经病变临床研究的进展,国际上关于糖尿病神经病变的分型、诊断及治疗都有一定的更新。因此,中华医学会糖尿病学分会神经并发症学组组织专家们撰写了《糖尿病神经病变诊治专家共识(2021年版)》。本共识介绍了糖尿病神经病变(主要是远端对称性多发性神经病变和自主神经病变)的流行病学、发病机制、分型、筛查与诊断、预防及治疗,并针对重要部分给出要点提示。本共识旨在指导和帮助临床医师对糖尿病神经病变进行规范化的综合管理,早期防治糖尿病神经病变,延缓疾病进展。
