摘要

支气管哮喘(哮喘)最重要的病理学改变是气道的慢性炎症,而气道炎症水平与气道高反应性密切相关,是出现临床症状的根本原因 [ 1 ] 。因此,气道炎症的评估,特别是无创气道炎症评估方法的发展和临床应用,对于更加深入了解哮喘的病理生理改变和特征,指导哮喘的管理,更好地达到哮喘的总体控制目标有着重要的意义 [ 2 ]

支气管哮喘(哮喘)最重要的病理学改变是气道的慢性炎症,而气道炎症水平与气道高反应性密切相关,是出现临床症状的根本原因 [ 1 ]。因此,气道炎症的评估,特别是无创气道炎症评估方法的发展和临床应用,对于更加深入了解哮喘的病理生理改变和特征,指导哮喘的管理,更好地达到哮喘的总体控制目标有着重要的意义 [ 2 ]
中国医师协会呼吸医师分会和中国哮喘联盟组织有关专家进行了认真的讨论,并参照国际相关指南以及近年国内外发表的重要文献 [ 3 , 4 ],撰写了本共识,希望能在无创气道炎症评估方法,特别是呼出气一氧化氮(fractional exhaled nitric oxide,FeNO)检测的方法学、质量控制、结果判读以及临床应用等方面提出指导意见,以达到更好应用该项技术,指导临床应用的目的。关于FeNO检测的临床意义和使用价值尚有诸多有待探索的地方,本共识也提出了存在的问题和未来研究的方向,期待我国哮喘防治工作者予以关注,结合我国实际情况开展临床研究,特别是多中心协作研究,以提高我国在该领域的临床应用和研究水平。
