摘要

第5版WHO泌尿及男生殖器官肿瘤分类已于2022年5月正式出版，本文简要提炼第5版WHO泌尿及男生殖器官肿瘤分类的一些重要进展和变化，并阐述在病理医师的日常实践诊断过程中如何辩证且合理地应用该分类，从而更为精准地指导临床对泌尿及男生殖器官肿瘤的处理。

关键词：世界卫生组织;泌尿生殖系统肿瘤;病理学

ABSTRACT

The fifth edition of the World Health Organization (WHO) classification of tumors of urinary and male genital organs was officially published in May 2022. This article briefly summarizes some important advances and changes in the fifth edition of WHO classification of tumors of urinary and male genital organs, and describes how to apply the classification dialectically and reasonably in the daily practice of pathologists, so as to accurately guide the clinical treatments of genitourinary tumors.

第5版WHO泌尿及男生殖器官肿瘤分类已于2022年5月正式出版 ^{［

］}，集中体现了2016年第4版WHO分类之后泌尿男生殖系统各器官肿瘤的病理学和遗传学的进展和变化 ^{［

］}。第5版WHO泌尿及男生殖器官肿瘤分类共有来自世界各地的181名专家参与编写，值得欣喜的是，其中首次包括了来自国内多名泌尿病理医师参编，充分体现了国内泌尿病理近年来取得的一系列重要研究成果已得到国际同行的认可。与第4版WHO泌尿系统及男生殖器官肿瘤分类相比，第5版WHO分类的进展和变化集中体现在肿瘤命名和分类、分子遗传学进展以及靶向和免疫治疗等方面。需要注意的是，对疾病本质的认识并非一成不变，因此任何的肿瘤分类和标准在当前某些认知的局限下均难以保证十全十美。为此，本文简要提炼第5版WHO泌尿及男生殖器官肿瘤分类的一些重要进展和变化，并阐述在病理医师的日常实践诊断过程中如何辩证且合理地应用该分类，从而更为精准地指导临床对泌尿及男生殖器官肿瘤的处理。
