缺氧诱导因子1α(hypoxia-inducible factor-1α,HIF-1α)在巨噬细胞极化的过程中必不可少,是将糖代谢活动与免疫联系起来的枢纽。文章就HIF-1α调控的巨噬细胞极化及其在细菌感染性疾病、肿瘤、自身免疫病和动脉粥样硬化等疾病中作用进行综述,期望以HIF-1α调控的巨噬细胞极化为主要靶标,为疾病的发生机制及临床治疗提供新的思路。
Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) is essential in the process of macrophage polarization, serving as a hub linking glucose metabolic activity to immunity. This review summarizes the research progress of HIF-1α-regulated macrophage polarization and its role in tumors, autoimmune diseases, atherosclerosis and other diseases. It is expected that HIF-1α-regulated macrophage polarization will be the main target, and provide new ideas for the mechanism and clinical treatment of diseases.
