摘要

目的比较无线体温脉搏测量系统与传统水银体温计结合手诊法测量体温脉搏的准确性和工作耗时,为临床选择准确、高效的生命体征测量工具提供参考。

方法选取2022年3—8月在中国人民解放军总医院第一医学中心骨科住院治疗的74例患者为研究对象进行随机配对对照研究,每例患者同时使用无线体温脉搏测量系统和"水银体温计+手诊法"采集体温和脉搏数据,对2种方法的测量结果和护理工作耗时进行比较分析。

结果无线体温脉搏测量系统测得的体温和脉搏分别为(36.31 ± 0.52)℃和(78.27 ± 14.06)次/min,与"水银体温计+手诊法"采集的数据(36.34 ± 0.51)℃和(78.57 ± 13.79)次/min相比差异均无统计学意义( t = - 1.54、1.88,均 P>0.05),且2组数据均具有显著相关性( r = 0.940和0.995,均 P<0.01)。"水银体温计+手诊法"的每日护理工时为(131.57 ± 6.58)min,与无线体温脉搏测量系统的护理工时(67.29 ± 5.15)min相比差异有统计学意义( t = 20.35, P<0.01)。

结论无线体温脉搏测量系统采集数据准确,操作简便,安全,护理工作耗时少,值得临床推广。

ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo compare the difference in measurement results and nursing time between wireless body temperature pulse measuring system and the traditional mercury thermometer combined with hand diagnostic method for measuring body temperature and pulse, to provide a reference for clinical selection of accurate and efficient vital sign measuring tools.

MethodsA total of 74 patients hospitalized in the Orthopedics Department of the First Medical Center of the PLA General Hospital from March to August 2022 were selected using a randouized coutrolled study. The body temperature and pulse data of every patients were collected by mercury thermometer + manual diagnosis and wireless body temperature pulse measuring system at the same time, and the measurement results and nursing time of the two methods were compared.

ResultsThe temperature and pulse measured by the wireless body temperature pulse measuring system were (36.31 ± 0.52) ℃ and (78.27 ± 14.06) times/min, which were no significant different than (36.34 ± 0.51) ℃ and (78.57 ± 13.79) times/min by the mercury thermometer + manual diagnosis ( t = -1.54, 1.88, both P>0.05), and the two groups of data were significantly correlated, ( r = 0.940 and 0.995, both P<0.01). The daily nursing work time of the wireless body temperature pulse measuring system was (67.29 ± 5.15) min, which was significantly lower than (131.57 ± 6.58) min by the mercury thermometer + manual diagnosis ( t = 20.35, P<0.01).

ConclusionsThe wireless body temperature pulse measurement system is accurate in data collection, easy to operate, safe to use, less time-consuming in nursing work and worthy of clinical promotion.

体温和脉搏是机体重要的生命体征,对其进行测量是常规护理工作,虽然难度不大,但耗时较多 [ 1 ]。以45张床位的病区为例,早、午、晚3个时段测脉搏和体温的护理耗时各约60 min。目前,80%以上的医院病区仍使用水银体温计结合手诊法测量患者的体温和脉搏,这种方法不仅耗时耗力,还存在汞污染的风险 [ 2 ]。尽管市场上已有部分无线电子体温计能在完成测量后自动上传测量结果,节省了部分工作时间,但护士仍需采用手诊方法测量患者脉搏,因此其应用效果仍存在一定的局限性 [ 3 , 4 , 5 ]。为更好满足临床护理工作需要,克服现有体温、脉搏测量工作耗时长、体温脉搏测量程序分离的问题,一种新型无线体温脉搏测量系统(型号:RK-YTC1型)开始在医院中使用。本研究旨在通过比较RK-YTC1型无线体温脉搏测量系统与传统水银体温计结合手诊法测量体温和脉搏的效果与效率,为临床选择一种简单、准确、高效的体温脉搏测量工具提供依据,现报道如下。
