面向未来十数年经济社会和技术发展趋势,医疗健康行业高质量发展面临“不可能三角”的挑战将日趋严峻,即服务体系质量高、资源可及性好、资源获得成本低三者难以同时兼顾。医疗健康行业要解决此问题必须数字化转型,依托数字健康新技术,加速科学、技术、产业的相互融合与转化。本文采用文献调研、技术综述及实践复盘的综合分析方法,分析总结了信息基础设施、平台和智能应用组成的数字健康技术架构,以及各要素之间体系化协同的关系,阐述了技术突破后可引领未来数字健康革新的关键技术。以关键技术为基础,推断可组合成数字孪生和元宇宙两个应用框架,并总结和展望了相关的医疗健康应用。
The development in economy, society and technology in the next decade or so, presents great challenges, impossible to achieve, to the healthcare industry on the triangle: high-quality healthcare system, healthcare resources accessibility, and low cost at the point of delivery. The healthcare industry must use digital health as an enabler, coupled with new digital healthcare technologies to accelerate the integration and transformation of science, technology, and enterprise. This paper conducted a comprehensive analysis in literature reviews and retrospective analysis; summarized digital health technology architecture composed of information infrastructure, platform, and intelligent application; discussed the synergy among various elements; and elaborated on the key technologies leading the future digital health transformation. We concluded that using key technologies as the building blocks, we can combine two application frameworks, digital twins and metaverse. Their related medical and healthcare applications and future prospect is also reviewed.
