摘要

术后疲劳综合征(postoperative fatigue syndrome, POFS)是大中型外科手术后常见的并发症,可能与手术创伤、术后疼痛、睡眠质量、营养支持和精神状态有关,是妨碍患者术后康复的重要原因之一。随着快速康复理念在围手术期普及,POFS的防治越来越受到重视。文章通过对POFS的发病率、评估方法、可能的发病机制及防治措施等进行综述分析,为临床促进患者术后快速康复提供参考。

ABSTRACT

Postoperative fatigue syndrome (POFS) is a common complication after medium and large surgical operations, which may be related to surgical trauma, postoperative pain, sleep quality, nutritional support, and mental state, and is one of the important reasons hindering postoperative rehabilitation of patients. With the popularization of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery in the perioperative period, POFS has attracted more and more attention. This article reviews and analyzes the incidence, evaluation methods, possible pathogenesis, and prevention measures of POFS, and the aim is to provide a reference for the clinical promotion of rapid recovery after surgery.

术后疲劳综合征(postoperative fatigue syndrome, POFS)发生于患者手术后的恢复期,主要表现为程度不一的心不在焉、机体乏力、主观能动性不足等,临床症状常为疲惫不堪、力困筋乏、身体伤痛、体力不支、胃肠功能紊乱和睡眠反常等 [ 1 ]。POFS延缓患者术后康复,延长住院时间,严重影响患者术后心理健康和生活质量,降低满意度 [ 2 ]。随着加速康复外科在临床中的广泛应用,POFS防治越来越受到重视。本文将从POFS的发病率、评估方法、发病机制及防治措施等方面进行综述,为临床防治POFS提供依据。
