ABSTRACT

The application of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the field of medicine is extensive and profound, encompassing various aspects such as clinical trials, medical practice, and medical education. However, the challenges it faces cannot be underestimated. Key issues include data privacy and security, regulatory compliance, technical obstacles, and knowledge dissemination in medical education. Addressing these challenges necessitates interdisciplinary collaboration and the refinement of legal regulations. Emphasizing data privacy protection and adopting innovative solutions such as federated learning and blockchain technology are crucial. Furthermore, strengthening ethical review and oversight of clinical decisions, as well as fostering medical students′ understanding and confidence in AI, contribute to fully exploiting the potential of AI in the medical field and enhancing the quality of healthcare services.
