摘要

疼痛是慢性胰腺炎（CP）最常见的临床表现。CP疼痛病因包括胰腺形态改变、神经源性、基因相关的心身交互作用等，病因不同其治疗方式也不同。本文就不同病因引起CP疼痛的非外科治疗进行综述。

慢性胰腺炎（CP）是一种不可逆的纤维炎症性疾病，疼痛是其最常见的临床表现，不仅严重影响患者生活质量，而且增加了社会公共医疗负担。CP疼痛病因是多方面的，包括胰腺形态改变、神经源性、基因相关的心身交互作用等 [ 1 ]，其治疗除戒烟、戒酒、控制饮食外，还包括药物治疗、内镜介入治疗、外科手术治疗 [ 2 ]。本文就不同病因引起CP疼痛的非外科治疗进行综述。
