摘要

目的通过对胶囊内镜领域国际国内发表论文的特征与关键词进行定量分析，阐明胶囊内镜研究发展趋势，为相关研究者提供参考。

方法采用文献计量学方法，分别使用Stork文献鸟和CiteSpace可视化工具对PubMed英文数据库和CNKI中文数据库中关于“胶囊内镜”的所有发表于2002年至2022年的文献进行检索并分析。

结果在此时间段PubMed数据库中共检出6 011篇胶囊内镜相关文献，国内外英文论文发表数量和被引频次均呈现上升趋势，全球和国内英文论文的增长率分别为5%和15%。文献发表国家主要集中于美国、日本、中国、意大利和德国。全球研究领域集中于磁控胶囊内镜、结肠胶囊内镜、炎症性肠病、小肠胶囊内镜、胶囊内镜图像、不明原因消化道出血等方向。CNKI数据库中共检索出2 027篇文献，研究机构前3名依次为海军军医大学长海医院消化内科、南方医科大学南方医院消化内科、上海交通大学电子信息与电气工程学院，近期最新突现词为人工智能、深度学习、指南。

结论目前胶囊内镜领域研究活跃度逐渐增加，我国在国际胶囊内镜领域具有一定学术影响力。

ABSTRACT

ObjectiveTo quantitatively analyze the primary research characteristics and keywords of international and domestic papers in the field of capsule endoscopy with bibliometric methods, and to illustrate the progression of capsule endoscopy research and offer insights for researchers in this domain.

MethodsThe Stork and visualized software CiteSpace were used to search and analyze the literature on "capsule endoscopy" in the English database of PubMed and the Chinese database of CNKI from 2002 to 2022.

ResultsA total of 6 011 English articles were identified in the PubMed database during the specified period. Both the number of publications and their citation frequencies displayed an upward trend on a global and domestic scale. The growth rates of global and domestic English publications were 5% and 15%, respectively, with major contributions coming from the United States, Japan, China, Italy and Germany. Key areas of global research interest included magnetic capsule endoscopy, colon capsule endoscopy, inflammatory bowel disease, small bowel capsule endoscopy, capsule endoscopy images, and obscure gastrointestinal bleeding, etc. A total of 2 027 articles were retrieved in the CNKI database, with top three research institutions including Department of Gastroenterology, Changhai Hospital, Naval Medical University; Department of Gastroenterology, Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University; School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Emerging research keywords encompassed artificial intelligence, deep learning, and guidelines.

ConclusionThe study reveals a gradual increase in global research activities related to capsule endoscopy, with China demonstrating significant international academic influence in this field.

胶囊内镜的出现，解决了小肠作为内镜检查“盲区”的难题。二十多年来，随着对胶囊内镜技术的深入研究，其临床适应证不断拓宽。首先，食管胶囊内镜、结肠胶囊内镜和磁控胶囊胃镜相继问世，实现了全消化道腔内的可视化 ［ 1 ］ 。其次，磁控胶囊内镜也可以无创地应用于需要服用非甾体类抗炎药或抗血小板药物的患者，以实时观察其胃肠道情况，并评估抗凝和抗血小板药物引起的胃肠道损伤情况，功能更多样化 ［ 2 , 3 , 4 ］ 。振动胶囊、超声胶囊、采样胶囊等新型诊治功能性胶囊内镜的研发，实现了胶囊内镜从诊断到治疗的飞跃 ［ 5 ］ 。此外，儿童以其消化道管腔狭窄、管壁薄弱的特殊性为代表，胶囊内镜以其无创、不需麻醉、舒适度高、耐受度和依从性良好等特点，为儿童胃肠道检查提供了新的选择，在儿童胃肠道检查中具有特殊意义 ［ 6 ］ 。至此，胶囊内镜迎来了消化道无痛、无创诊断与治疗的新时代 ［ 1 ， 5 ］ 。
胶囊内镜领域相关研究处于快速发展的阶段，对于该领域的研究特点和趋势的宏观把握和分析均较为困难。准确识别全球和我国胶囊内镜领域的研究态势和发展趋势，有利于把握我国目前该领域与国际先进水平的差距，对于前瞻布局研究领域和合理布局科技资源具有重要意义。相较于传统综述侧重于专家的定性分析与评述，文献计量学方法可为复杂的研究领域提供定量的分析，并可进行复杂的共同作者、共被引和关键词共现分析等，数据更加客观，研究视角更加全面，研究主题的演化路径更加系统直观，为研究者提供了更为广阔的视角和客观的参考 ［ 7 , 8 , 9 ］ 。本文采用文献计量的方法研究胶囊内镜领域的中英文论文，对该领域的主要研究特点与热点进行定量分析，为胶囊内镜相关研究者提供参考。
