结核病目前仍然是世界范围内传染病的主要死亡原因。早期诊断可促进有效治疗,减少结核病的进一步传播。近年来,随着CT、MRI、 18氟-脱氧葡萄糖正电子发射断层扫描/计算机断层扫描( 18F-FDG PET/CT)、人工智能(AI)等的快速发展,为早期识别结核病提供了依据。本文系统性回顾2023年10月至2024年9月国内外关于结核病影像学诊断的共识及重点文献,以提高医生对肺结核和肺外结核的影像诊断与鉴别诊断能力。
Tuberculosis (TB) remains the leading cause of death from infectious diseases worldwide. Early diagnosis promotes effective treatment and reduces further transmission of TB. In recent years, with the rapid development of computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), positron emission tomography/computed tomography with 18-fluoro-deoxyglucose ( 18F-FDG PET/CT), and artificial intelligence (AI), early identification of TB has been provided. This paper systematically reviews the consensus and key literature on diagnostic imaging of TB in national and international journals between October 2023 and September 2024 to improve the diagnostic and differential diagnostic imaging of pulmonary and extrapulmonary TB.
