目的探讨关于银屑病的超声影像学研究现状以及发展趋势,为临床医生提供参考。
方法采用文献计量学方法及可视化分析,于2024年3月9日在Web of Science核心数据库中检索了2004至2023年发表的关于银屑病的超声影像学的研究文献,利用CiteSpace和VOSviewer对检索出的文献进行年度发文量、作者、机构、国家、被引文献、关键词等分析。
结果共纳入424篇文献,发文量总体呈现明显上升的趋势,提示未来关于银屑病的超声影像学研究可能有更多的关注和投入;意大利为发文量最多的国家,为116篇(27.36%);发文量最多的单位是利兹大学,为35篇;Eder Lihi发表23篇,为发文量最多的作者;Carlos等2007年发表的论文引用频次最高,为196次;将关键词进行聚类分析发现,银屑病关节炎的超声诊断、附着点炎及滑膜炎的超声检查、银屑病疾病活动度的超声评估、银屑病指甲损害及肌腱受损的超声评估和银屑病共病的超声筛查是银屑病超声影像学领域的研究热点。
结论银屑病的关节和皮肤附属器受累、疾病活动度评估及银屑病共病的超声影像学诊断是新的研究热点。
ObjectiveTo summarize the current state and trends in ultrasound imaging research on psoriasis in the Web of Science database. This will help to identify future hot topics and provide valuable insights for clinicians.
MethodsWe searched the Web of Science database for research articles on the ultrasound imaging of psoriasis published between January 1, 2004, and December 31, 2023. CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to analyze the annual publication volume, authors, research institutions, and keywords of the retrieved literature.
ResultsA total of 424 articles were included, with a marked upward trend in publication volume, suggesting that there may be increased attention and investment in future ultrasound imaging research on psoriasis. Italy has the highest number of publications with 116 articles (27.36%). The University of Leeds is the institution with the highest number of publications(35 articles). Eder, Lihi is the author with the highest number of publications (23 articles). Carlos et al.′s paper published in 2007 had the highest citation (196 times). We conducted a cluster analysis on the keywords and identified the following research hotspots in the field of psoriasis ultrasound imaging: ultrasound diagnosis of psoriatic arthritis, ultrasound examination of attachment point inflammation and synovitis, ultrasound evaluation of psoriasis disease activity, ultrasound assessment of nail and tendon damage in psoriasis, and ultrasound screening for comorbidities associated with psoriasis.
ConclusionsThe involvement of joints and skin appendages in psoriasis, disease activity assessment, and ultrasound imaging diagnosis of psoriasis comorbidities will become new research hotspots.
