环鸟苷酸-腺苷酸合酶和干扰素基因刺激因子(STING)在免疫应答中发挥关键作用。STING激活下游信号分子和炎症因子,诱发器官功能障碍,参与心血管疾病(CVD)等慢性炎症性疾病的发生发展。本文就STING途径与CVD的密切联系作一综述,为CVD靶向治疗提供新方向。
Cyclic guanosine monophosphate-adenosine monophosphate synthase (cGAS) and stimulator of interferon gene (STING) play key roles in the innate immune response. STING activates its downstream signaling molecules and inflammatory factors, leading to organ dysfunction, thereby participating the progression of chronic inflammatory disease like cardiovascular diseases (CVD), et al. This article reviews the close relationship between the STING pathway and CVD, offering a new direction for targeted therapy of CVD.
