摘要

目的探讨以核心能力培养为导向的培训对突发传染病救援储备护士的操作能力和核心能力影响。

方法本研究为回顾性研究，选取温州市中心医院2022年1月至2023年12月应对突发传染病救援的储备护士80名作为研究对象，根据是否采用以核心能力培养为导向的培训方案分为对照组与观察组，各40名。对照组采取常规培训方案，观察组在对照组基础上采取以核心能力培养为导向的培训方案。两组各培训6周。比较两组培训前后的理论成绩、操作和核心能力评分及护士满意度情况。

结果观察组培训后救援储备护士基本知识掌握［（96.68±2.31）分］和处理问题的能力［（95.57±3.08）分］均高于对照组［（89.94±4.36）分］和［（87.95±6.52）分］，差异均有统计学意义（ t=8.64、6.68，均 P < 0.05）。观察组培训后救援储备护士手消毒［（3.87±0.07）分］、穿脱防护服［（3.83±0.08）分］、防护用品的脱卸［（3.78±0.12）分］和模拟疫情场景处置流程［（3.72±0.16）分］均高于对照组［（3.42±0.28）分、（3.27±0.31）分、（3.19±0.25）分］和［（3.10±0.28）分］，差异均有统计学意义（ t=9.86、11.06、13.46、12.16，均 P < 0.05）。观察组救援储备护士总满意率97.50%（39/40）高于对照组80.00%（32/40），差异有统计学意义（ χ 2=4.51， P < 0.05）。

结论以核心能力培养为导向的培训对突发传染病救援储备护士干预效果显著，可提高护士操作能力和核心能力，具有显著性，值得临床借鉴。

传染科护士是传染病防治工作中的中坚力量 ［ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ］ 。传染科专科护士在突发传染病救援工作中有较强的优势，如何在救援中合理且最优的配置护理人员，仍需要长期去探索。如何对突发传染病救援工作护士强化核心能力培训，如何对培训模式进一步优化显得尤为重要 ［ 5 , 6 ］ 。本研究主要探讨以核心能力培养为导向的培训对突发传染病救援储备护士操作能力和核心能力的影响。
