摘要

成骨细胞分泌的骨钙素是反映成骨细胞活性的敏感而特异的指标.近年的研究还发现,骨钙素是骨骼内分泌功能的重要媒介.羧化不全骨钙素可以促进胰岛β细胞增殖和胰岛素分泌,降低血糖和血脂水平,表明骨钙素对能量代谢具有重要的调控作用,这一发现将为肥胖症和糖尿病等代谢性疾病的治疗提供新的思路。

ABSTRACT

Osteocalcin (OC) secreted by osteoblasts is a sensitive and specific indicator of osteoblast activity.Recently,it has been found that osteocalcin serves as an important mediator of endocrine function.Undercarboxylated OC can promote insulin secretion and β-cell proliferation,and lower glucose and lipid levels,suggesting that osteocalcin might play a major role in the regulation of energy metabolism.These findings provide a new insight for the treatment of metabolic diseases such as obesity and diabetes.
