摘要

经支气管冷冻肺活检(transbronchial cryobiopsy,TBCB)是将冷冻探头经支气管伸入到远端小支气管,利用冷冻探头在冷冻过程中的黏附性,将探头周围的肺组织暴力撕裂,获得组织学标本的一项技术。冷冻技术最早于1976年应用于气道疾病的诊治 [ 1 ] ,主要用于对气道内的肿瘤进行冻融治疗。Hetzel等 [ 2 ] 在2008年正式提出冷冻活检(cryobiopsy)的概念,将该技术引入呼吸介入领域,该研究对12例支气管内肿瘤患者实施了支气管内冷冻活检(endobronchial cryobiopsy,EBCB),并取得了良好效果。2009年Babiak等 [ 3 ] 又将此技术成功用于肺活检,这项技术就是现在的TBCB。因TBCB具有创伤小、标本质量高、费用较低、并发症少等优点,很快在德国、美国、意大利、英国、西班牙、以色列、葡萄牙和中国等多个国家开展。
